Parenting support and workshops on neurodivergence

Parenting a neurodivergent child can be exhausting and isolating.
I offer support both one to one or through family workshops. My support brings together both the clinical picture and the lived reality — because I've lived it too.

One to one support

I offer individual 1:1 family support tailored to your specific circumstances. Depending on what would suit your family best, we might work together privately or you might join one of the group workshops

If you are looking for therapy for your child or young person, then visit our therapy page.

You don't need a diagnosis to ask for support.

Parenting workshops

I run parenting workshops with fellow clinician Alison Rose, on navigating autism and ADHD, with other topics planned.

You can attend a standalone session or the full series (made of 4 sessions; each session lasts 1.5–2 hours). Sessions are held online but can be run in a venue if you have one available.

Connections formed between participants bring the relief of being understood by someone living the same reality, a community which continues long after the session ends.

Everyone is welcome. A diagnosis is not required and the content is relevant from young children through to teenagers.
